Our Philosophy

Why are so many Christians confused and unsure about the issues of life, as pertaining to the things of God? And, why are so many Christians who have been raised up in the church becoming doubtful of God and the Holy Scriptures as the inspired Word of God? Many professing Christians are attending church every Sunday, but are experiencing very little spiritual growth, if any at all.

We contend that much of this is due to a lack of sound and thorough biblical teachings within the church. God has placed a variety of gifts within the body of Christ (the church) for the edifying of the saints, but some of these gifts are not being utilized.

God wants His people well equipped. He wants us to understand the “whats”, the “whys”, and the “how to’s” of life. That's why He gave us his written Word (the Bible), but this written Word is much more profound and much more cleverly constructed than most of us realize. Much has been purposely hidden under the surface of the biblical texts. That way, only God can get the glory for producing it.

It is important to study the Word of God for the purpose of gaining wisdom, knowledge, and understanding concerning the issues of life; but it is also important to study with the intent of confirming God's hand in all that is written therein. When the study of the Holy Scriptures is approached in this manner, Christians become more focused and sure concerning the issues of life because they come to realize that God truly is behind it all, and as such His Word can be trusted.
